Accessibility Statement

Updated October 9, 2026

This statement applies to the GroupsHunter website at https://groupshunter.com and the app at https://app.groupshunter.com. We want as many people as possible, including people with disabilities, to be able to use them.

Accessibility is ongoing work. We review the site and the app as the product changes and welcome reports about barriers we have missed.

1. Accessibility standard

Israeli law requires covered websites to meet Israeli Standard 5568, based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA, under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law and the service-accessibility regulations. We also aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

This statement describes our current implementation and target. It is not a certification that every page or third-party service fully conforms.

2. Website adjustments

The website includes these accessibility measures:

  • keyboard access to navigation, links, buttons and forms;
  • semantic headings, landmarks and labels, and a main-content target for assistive technology;
  • reduced motion when the operating system requests it;
  • Hebrew right-to-left and English left-to-right, with language and direction metadata;
  • responsive layouts that support zoom and small screens.

3. Supported environments

The website is designed for current versions of major browsers on desktop and mobile. Accessibility can vary by browser, operating system and assistive technology.

4. Known limitations

The Facebook sign-in window in the app shows Facebook's own page, and Facebook controls its accessibility. Post and ad content also comes from Facebook as is.

The website has not yet completed an independent accessibility review. We will update this statement when one is completed and will prioritize barriers users report.

5. Alternative access

If information or an action is not accessible to you, tell us the page, what you tried to do and the browser or assistive technology you used. We will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or service in an accessible way.

6. Accessibility contact

Accessibility requests are handled by the GroupsHunter team at support@groupshunter.com.

Tell us how you prefer we reply, and do not send passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information. We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days. If we do not resolve the issue, you may contact the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
