Account and profile
Sign-up, log-in, your password and what your profile says about you.
Select "Sign up" on the site, enter an email and a password, and confirm the email we send you. After your first log-in, connect a Facebook account and tell the agent what you are looking for.
On the log-in page choose "Forgot your password?" and enter your account email. You get an email with a link where you choose a new password.
In Settings > Profile choose whether you search for yourself (personal) or for customers for a business (business). The agent uses this to judge which posts are relevant and how to write on your behalf.
In your profile, under "Languages I speak", tick the languages the agent writes in on your behalf: Hebrew, English, Arabic, Russian or Spanish.
In Settings > Facebook accounts select "Add account" and sign in to Facebook in the window that opens. You can connect up to 5 accounts.
Choose how to get the code in the sign-in window and enter it. Supported methods:
- A code by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
- An authenticator app or a saved backup code.
- Approval from another device already signed in to Facebook.
- A security key or a passkey.
